Why are we facing Hardships?

Image
Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. As we step into a new month, I find myself deeply grateful for the gift of life and the opportunities it brings. It's easy to overlook the blessing of each day, but it's a chance to fulfill our purpose, guided by faith. In the past month, many people have faced difficult challenges, and some are still going through tough times. Whether it's worrying about the future, dealing with financial problems, health issues, or exams, people are carrying heavy burdens. Some places are suffering from floods and crime, leaving many feeling lost and uncertain. While I may not have the power to change these situations on my own, I believe in the power of prayer. I pray for God’s protection over those in harm’s way and for His strength to uplift those who are suffering.  It’s natural for people to question why we face problems if God is present. However, I believe that challenges are sometimes placed before us to test our faith and encourag...

Hiding our Emotions

Image
I've been busy with work and meeting a few friends lately. I feel exhausted, but I know I have to push through. I was traveling a lot and thinking about what to write for my next blog and a thought came to mind: why not discuss the act of hiding emotions? We all experience many emotions in our daily lives. Often, we feel numerous emotions in a single day, but we end up hiding certain feelings. There are various reasons for this. Most people don’t want to show their emotions because they don’t want to burden others with how they feel. They worry that their emotions might bother those around them. Some people want to express their feelings but are bad at doing so, and they sometimes mess up everything, putting themselves in a difficult position. Others don’t want to express their feelings because they fear appearing vulnerable or weak. They think that expressing their true emotions may make them look fragile. Personally, I am someone who struggles with expressing emotions and often e...

Are you Fighting against Negative Energy?

Image
Hello people, This blog is written at the request of some people. I am not an expert in giving advice, but I want to share my thoughts that might help you.  I believe that we all have an inner mind that can lead us to think negatively. However, I also believe that negativity can be overcome. Our thoughts can be both positive and negative. Positivity helps us grow, while negativity does the opposite. It stops us from doing things, compels us, demotivates us, and can turn us into someone we don’t want to be. If you want to cope with negativity in your mind, just stay calm, think twice, and consider all the possible ways to turn your thoughts into something positive. For example, if you're feeling apathetic, thinking things like, "I can't do anything," "My life is a mess," "Nothing is going well," or "I'm just bad luck," - don't! Don't think like that. You are your greatest strength. It's you! who had made it this far despit...

A Letter To My FRIENDS!

Image
I read a quote written by Edna Buchanan -  "Friends are the family we choose for ourselves." Every day is memorable, every day is a celebration, and every day is new when our friends are with us.  I am very fond of friendships. I am proud of my friends. They are like family. I can strongly say that I feel like myself when I am around them. In other places, I feel like I am unreal. There are many types of friendships in this world, people point badly because they are ignorant.  I want to share my experiences with the bonds I've been through: Long-distance friendship - a friend, whom I haven't met in almost a year. But the affection we have for each other is nevertheless long-lasting. Even though we're miles apart, our bond remains unbreakable. Taciturn (reserved) friendship - a few friends, who don't talk much, but we share an unwavering bond. We rarely contact and talk. It's like giving space to each other for a few busy things but not for our relationsh...

Joys and Challenges of Siblings

Image
Why is being a big sister difficult? If you're the eldest, do you feel the same? I’m not the eldest in my family, but since my sister moved abroad, I’ve had to step into her shoes. It's been four years since she left home. Back then, I was in college, and my only job was coming home for holidays to rest and eat lots of food. I have a brother, too. We are three siblings. He grew up so fast! My sister and I still remember about his childhood. Even though I’m not very expressive with him, I love him. He is our little one. You might wonder why I’m talking so much about siblings. Well, my brother is leaving for college in a few days, heading to another state. He needed to prep up everything in order, so my mom, my friend, and I went shopping to buy him clothes. We invested a lot of time to ensure he got everything he needed, and we had fun, too! What I’m trying to say is that being the eldest can be a tough nut to crack sometimes.  You can’t spend time with your siblings the way you...

Welcome to my First Blog

Image
Hello everyone, Firstly, I want my readers to know a bit about me. My name is Shiny. I am a Christian, 21 years old, and currently working as a developer. I don't want to delve too deeply, as it might come off like an interview introduction. I've always desired a well-organized life that allows me to explore everything. I used to write journals, and as technology became more common, my habit of writing journals shifted to typing them. I feel a bit nostalgic about it, but typing does seem easier. I thought about starting a blog a long time ago, but I got caught up with other things. Today, I feel like it's a good time to start, so I'm on board. When I think about blogging, I wonder what content would be most engaging for readers. It's important to capture the reader's attention since, these days, people prefer quick content over lengthy paragraphs. No offense—just a reality check. Most of my blogs will focus on self-growth, self-embrace, motivation, personal de...
